JL is getting really into his imaginative play. I have always seen little girls play with such imagination but have just never gotten to witness little boys do much more than shooting pretend guns or pushing cars noisily through the house.
JL's latest play schemes include teacher, storyteller, police officer, and waiter. He loves to play police officer and help the crying babies and drive lost children to thier mothers.
This morning, he woke about about 1/2 an hour earlier than normal so we had some time to play. I got to sit in the back of his police car and watch him drive. He also asked me to help him put on his "police unicorn". :)
